Client Meeting
All projects start with a client meeting where the aims of the project and the clients vision for the space are discussed.

Site Survey
The garden space will be surveyed to understand the site conditions to inform the later design process.

Design
A two stage design package will be produced, the concept design will contain a master plan, visualisations, and a mood board to communicate our ideas. After a client meeting to present and finalise the design, a technical drawing package will be prepared which includes detailed hard landscaping plans, planting plans, construction sections, and lighting plans.

Build
Topoforma Landscape will undertake the landscaping and planting, after agreeing detailed project cost documents, working with expert craftsmanship and a keen attention to detail to bring the designs to life.

Maintenance
Clients can opt to include a seasonal maintenance package after the build phase, which will provide aftercare support and steward the garden as it matures.
