Private garden, Northampton

The design features three individual spaces set within an overall rural landscape. Each space has it’s own identity and style, with elements from each garden echoing through the others.

Included within the scheme is a peaceful walled garden, with water features, contemporary hard landscaping and emotive perennial planting; a Mediterranean entertaining & family oriented garden complete with bougainvillea covered pergolas, potted citrus trees and an ancient olive tree; the final space is focussed on the culinary aspect of cottage gardening, edible planting features throughout informal seating areas, culminating in a formal potager complete with a pleached fruit tree.
